Licenses & Copyright
When purchasing an ANNUAL or BY-ANNUAL membership at Her Creative Studio (HCS), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable Standard license that allows for personal and professional use of the images created by HCS.
When purchasing a PRO MEMBER membership at Her Creative Studio, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable Commercial License (See below) that allows for commercial use of the images created by HCS.
PRO MEMBERSHIPS are by invitation only and only a limited number are sold annually so please email Sandra(at)hercreativestudio(dot)com for more information.
You may not resell the images, allow someone else to use them, or give them away.
Sandra Manton Mills remains the sole, exclusive owner and holder of the copyright for all images and you may not sell, lease, loan, transfer, share or give the images to a third-party to use in any way.
Standard vs. Commercial License
Standard License.
Her Creative Studio offers a standard license with all memberships for personal/business use. To simplify; you can use the images to promote yourself and your business online and in marketing material.
IE: Your website, your blog, your social media, business cards, postcards, headers etc..
Commercial License (Limited to Pro Members Only)
Her Creative Studio’s Commercial license allows you to use the images to sell or promote a digital product, service, or idea for you and a client. This includes DIGITAL products for resale. Unlimited uses is included in this license.
IE: Digital templates, website themes, e-greeting cards, facebook ads, PDF downloadable guide, ad campaign, social media, sales funnels etc.
At this time Her Creative Studio does not allow the use of the images on any physical products such as mugs, t-shirts, iphone cases etc..
Liability
Sandra Manton Mills (Her Creative Studio) is not liable against any claims, losses or costs associated with any damages that occur due to you using the images, which may or may not have been modified by you, included in your membership.
Members hereby agree to indemnify Sandra Manton Mills (Her Creative Studio) for all expenses that may be incurred should you breach any of the terms of the agreement.
Users acknowledge that Sandra Manton Mills (Her Creative Studio) does not claim any representations or assurances of non-infringement and does not make claim to have received releases from any brands, designers, or manufacturers for use of products, registered trademarks, logos or intellectual property portrayed in the images. Users agree that Sandra Manton Mills (Her Creative Studio) shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of any of the images provided. Sandra Manton Mills (Her Creative Studio) shall not be liable for any claims related to, or resulting from, your use of the images, which may or may not have been modified by you, or combined with other content.
Cancellation
Sandra Manton Mills (Her Creative Studio) has the right to terminate your membership at any time should you breach the terms and conditions agreed upon by you. No refund will be issued.
Once membership is cancelled by you or Her Creative Studio, all Commercial License uses are revoked but the standard license still applies. Which means you (and the 10 clients PRO Members did projects for) may keep and use all the images you downloaded for your personal/business use for life!
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to an any charge (under ‘Your Account’ once signed in) but once payment has been processed, absolutely no refunds will be issued. Once cancelled, your subscription will be inactive immediately.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing a membership to Her Creative Studio you confirm that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions. You also confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
You confirm that you are a human. Accounts created by automated methods are not permitted.
